HireCare Services is partnering with a premier skilled nursing facility in Warwick, RI to recruit a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents, working with a dedicated nursing team in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved CNA program.
• Current Rhode Island CNA license.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and tact.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support RNs, LPNs, and other staff with daily tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Document care activities accurately per policies.
• Promote comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team.
• Follow healthcare regulations and safety procedures.
