Job summary

The Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Plano, TX to oversee a multi-family community and deliver outstanding resident service.

You will build relationships with residents, enforce leases, meet deadlines, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property in top condition. Ideal candidates have at least two years of onsite Property Manager experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with property management software such as OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an onsite Property Manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet all deadlines set by management and regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and coordinating with maintenance.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, and showing units.
• Manage leasing agents and provide clear instructions to reach daily goals.
