Job summary

Oak Park Place in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents in accordance with dietary requirements and food safety regulations. Key responsibilities include portioning and serving meals, cooking per menus and dietary needs, cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment, and verifying quality and quantity of prepared food.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food to facility residents.
• Cook food according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, and number of portions to be served.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
