Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification with State Board or in process of certification within four months.
• Maintains continuing education credits annually.
• Must meet state requirements including possible UAP Registry where applicable.
• Possesses valid driver's license if Sanford Driver policy applies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing).
• Record vital signs and document care provided.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Participate in meals, hydration, and nutrition support; provide psychosocial care.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage; communicate changes to RN.
