KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant at St Helens Post Acute in St Helens, OR. You will deliver direct resident care and support activities of daily living to maintain residents’ independence and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and adherence to resident care plans, with reporting duties to the Director of Staff Development and/or Director of Nursing as applicable. Non-Exempt status applies.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility.
• Good communication and observation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care per plan of care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and homelike environment and uphold resident rights.
