Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per the plan of care and maintain dignity.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, mobility, dressing, feeding.
• Support restorative and safety activities, record intake and output.
• Observe and report changes to resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain infection control practices and complete accurate charting.
