• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Provide clear communication between staff, residents, families, and agencies.
• Assist in surveys and quality improvement planning.
• Develop a monthly activity schedule and arrange transportation as needed.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and document progress.
• Maintain informative charted activity progress notes.
