Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements activity programming as planned to meet residents' needs and interests.
• Prepares and posts a monthly schedule of activities.
• Coordinates and conducts planned activities.
• Documents in residents' medical records as appropriate.
• Attends care conferences and updates care plans with progress notes.
• Reports to Administrator; supports resident council activities.
• Plans department budget for equipment, supplies, and labor.
• Manages department equipment according to procedures.
