Job summary

The Auberge is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents in daily life at Onion Creek, Austin, including personal care, meals, housekeeping, and social activities. You’ll be part of the Health & Wellness Team, promoting dignity and independence for seniors.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner.
• Years of Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly & dementia experience preferred.
• Certification: Certification required according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in all daily life activities including personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and socialization.
• Support orientation and information needs and promote resident well‑being.
• Provide behavior management and assist with activities to encourage engagement and independence.
