Bridge Senior Living is hiring Resident Caregivers to provide high-quality care and comfort for residents. This role supports ADLs, transfers, hygiene, and memory care within a warm, resident-centered environment.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA or HHA license where required, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess First Aid and CPR certification. Multiple shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN) are available with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification in the applicable state and First Aid & CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and build meaningful connections with each Resident.
• Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
• Demonstrate passion for serving seniors and contribute to a positive home environment.
