Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and reporting health changes to staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a CNA/HHA/LNA license with preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living, and familiarity with dementia care. A supportive team and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
