Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Care Partner(AL) to assist Assisted Living residents with daily living activities and provide companionship, promoting an inclusive living environment. You will support ADLs, grooming, meals, hydration, and mobility per care plans; monitor health changes, maintain accurate records, report incidents, and cooperate with Health Services Director.

Strong communication in English, ability to document observations, and compassion are essential; prior caregiving experience

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent obtained.
• Experience in caregiving or health care preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain accurate resident records and charts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plan.
• Provide companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist grooming, meals, mobility, and hygiene as required.
• Report incidents and health changes to Health Services Director.
• Keep work areas clean and document observations accurately.
