Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support non-direct care tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in Morristown, TN. You will assist with meals, cleaning, and resident comfort, while ensuring safety and professional conduct in accordance with Life Care standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification upon hire, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.

• CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Pass ice, water, and distribute snacks to residents and clean nourishment refrigerators/cantry.
• Assist with passing and retrieval of meal trays to residents and help clean dining areas after meals.
• Make unoccupied beds and change bed linens.
• Organize residents' drawers and closets and label personal items.
• Organize shower rooms and clean utility rooms; ensure inventory is adequate.
• Provide1:1 attention to cognitively impaired residents.
• Deliver residents' mail and transport wheelchair-bound residents to rooms.
• Respond to call lights promptly and maintain excellent customer service.
