• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Read, write and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the CBRF in accordance with current federal, state and local standards to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, coordinate resident services, and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to support resident well-being and safety.
