Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Milwaukee seeks a Supervisory professional to manage a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) for adults with severe mental illness. You will oversee resident care, staff, and compliance with DHS 83, ensuring services and documentation meet regulations.

The role requires coordinating care, supervising a 12-15 bed team, and stepping in for shifts as needed, including after-hours coverage. Travel up to 50% is possible depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an associate’s degree in human services.
• Five years of equivalent experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities and coordinates resources for 12-15 bed CBRF team.
• Complete client assessments and input into service goals and objectives.
• Develop and update treatment plans; complete PPS Noms and monthly outcomes.
• Coordinate medication regimens with prescribers and pharmacy; oversee MARs.
• Train and schedule Behavioral Health Technicians per DHS 83 and policy.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and shift coverage as needed.
