Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND is actively recruiting a Staffing Coordinator for a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The position organizes and coordinates staff coverage for resident care departments in line with guidelines from nursing leadership. The Staffing Coordinator will prepare and maintain staff schedules, monitor changes daily, and handle clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains schedules for all resident care staff; schedules posted in advance and changes communicated.
• Monitors schedules daily and secures replacements as needed.
• Performs clerical and telephone duties using office machines, programs, and filing systems.
• Informs Human Resources of hiring needs for direct care positions.
• Supports effective communication and positive working relations with all staff.
• Assumes additional duties as directed by Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
