Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate care for residents at Collier Park in a family-like community.

The RCA supports daily living activities, monitors health changes, and collaborates with the wellness team to ensure dignity and comfort. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and communication needs while upholding safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases; lifting and pushing heavy items is required.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents with dignity and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, eating, mobility).
• Report changes in residents' condition to Wellness Director or supervisor.
• Operate basic medical equipment and assist with transport needs.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safety rules.
• Document services on company forms and coordinate with staff.
• Participate in resident-centered activities and dining assistance as needed.
