Qualifications

• Must possess a current CNA license in the state where the community is located.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Organized and able to work with all levels of staff.
• Must lift 50 lbs and push or carry 25 lbs; able to assist with transfers.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports incidents and documents appropriately.
• Performs housekeeping duties as directed.
• Responds to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Provides emotional support during move-in and orientation.
• Supports activity planning and resident participation.
