Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care for residents. You will assist with daily living, housekeeping, and activities, while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days is required. The role requires strong communication, organization, and ability to work with a diverse nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed approved personal care aide program per state regulations as applicable.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or be willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties (beds, apartments, common areas, dining room).
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Move residents to and from dining and activities.
• Report resident status and concerns to appropriate personnel.
