Potomac Courts Assisted Living in Potomac, MD is seeking caring aides to support residents with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, and light housekeeping, delivering compassionate companionship and attentive care.

This on-site role emphasizes following individualized care plans, reporting health or mood changes, and collaborating with the care team to maintain a safe, respectful living environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with toileting and continence care as needed
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
• Promote resident safety and follow care plans and facility policies
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping as assigned
