Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain policies and document care and incidents as required.
• Perform housekeeping duties and clean common areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Plan and participate in activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with moves, meals, and transportation to activities.
• Communicate resident status and upcoming information in writing and verbally.
• Support new residents during move-in and provide emotional support.
• Document changes and interventions and notify family as directed.
