Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo cards.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets, notes, and charts with clear, informative entries.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort, assist with daily activities, and support transfers and transports.
• Follow posted policies on exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
