Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse.
• Perform resident care duties as assigned by charge nurse, including transporting, transferring, restocking, bedding, positioning, bathing, assisting with eating and hydration, taking vital signs.
• Document and report observations and care delivered to residents to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure nursing interventions are performed in a timely manner.
• Provide care in a professional and courteous manner, preserving resident dignity and privacy.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services according to facility policies.
