Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse according to regulations and facility policy.

• Document and report observations and care delivered to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Ensure timely nursing interventions and professional, respectful resident interactions.
• Follow facility policies and coordinate with nursing services to ensure quality care.
