• Develop and direct the Social Services program to meet patients' social and emotional needs.
• Advocate for patients and educate staff on patient rights.
• Maintain accurate charting in a timely manner.
• Assist patients and families with education, financial planning, and liaising with community agencies.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate social services staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional conduct.
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and reliability.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary care teams.
