Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a dedicated driver to transport residents to medical appointments, community activities, and outings from local hospitals. You will assist residents on and off the van and ensure timely arrival at destinations, while maintaining safety and a clean vehicle environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license with CDL if applicable, and 2+ years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and CDL (if applicable).
• 2+ years of driving/transport experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate and maneuver vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bus for scheduled appointments and activities.
• Assist residents on/off the vehicle and to destination.
• Complete daily van checklist and monitor fuel.
• Report needed vehicle repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment and clean van weekly.
