The role leads on-shift, supports staff, coordinates resources, and manages crises with professionalism and care. You will ensure safety and well-being of those we serve, monitor staffing, participate in real-time coaching, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and at least 3 years of relevant human services experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• Knowledge of child safety, mandated reporting, emergency response, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent judgment and calm decision-making during urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift monitoring and coordinate resources during crises.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals served while keeping leadership informed.
• Coordinate staffing, supervise staff across settings, and de-escalate incidents.
• Complete incident reports, shift logs, and required documentation accurately and timely.
• Visit each occupied home per shift and model expected practices with staff and children.
• Provide direct care coverage in emergencies to maintain staffing ratios.
• Ensure implementation of each child's IEP and related plans.
