Crystal Springs is hiring an Adult Residential Assistant Program Director in Assonet, MA. This full-time role focuses on coordinating residential and program activities, supervising staff, and ensuring a respectful living environment for individuals with disabilities.

You will assess and teach daily living skills, organize community integration, and collaborate with families, neighbors, and funding sources to build a supportive network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience caring for people with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license (minimum 1 year) and willingness to drive company vehicle.
• Willingness to participate in at least two hours of in-service training per month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily residential and program activities.
• Oversee staff and maintain facility operations.
• Assess, teach, and support residents in daily living skills.
• Organize and facilitate community integration activities.
• Engage with neighbors, family, funding sources to build a support network.
