Crystal Springs is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor I to join our Assonet, MA team. This full-time role offers a leadership position in a supportive environment, focused on individuals with disabilities and their growth.

As the on-site supervisor for 2nd shift, you’ll monitor campus operations, support staff, coordinate resources, and respond to crises with professionalism. Strong supervision and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) and 18+ months of human services experience, or high school diploma with 3+ years of experience.
• Valid driver's license for at least 6 months with a good driving record.
• Supervisory experience and ability to direct staff.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to attend training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site during off-hours, monitor campus grounds and support staff.
• Coordinate resources and manage crises with professionalism and care.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals served; keep leadership informed.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This full-time human services position primarily covers 2nd shift hours:

• Weekdays: 2:45 pm – Midnight
• Weekends/Holidays: 8:45 am – 9:00 pm

Flexibility is required for occasional 3rd shift hours:

• Weekdays: 11:45 pm – 9:00 am
• Weekends/Holidays: 10:45 pm – 9:00 am

YOUR DAY

As our Program Supervisor I, you'll be the on-site leader during off-hours, monitoring campus grounds, supporting staff, coordinating resources, and managing crises with professionalism and care. You'll ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve while keeping leadership informed and operations running smoothly. REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree (or equivalent college experience) and 18+ months of human services experience, or a high school diploma and 3+ years of human services experience
• Valid driver's license for at least 6 months with a good driving record
• Supervisory experience
• Dependability and flexibility
• Ability to effectively supervise and direct staff
• Ability to make critical and thoughtful decisions
• Takes initiative with the ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor
• Willing to attend and participate in appropriate training and meetings

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in any field is preferred.
