Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Client Ambassador to provide general oversight of residents and rooms, including check-ins and discharges, and to report on resident conditions to the Program Manager, Program Coordinator, and Case Manager. You will assist staff with documentation and track resident progress upon discharge and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Must have cultural sensitivity and non-judgmental approach.
• Awareness of homelessness, mental health, and chronic illness.
• Ability to obtain annual TB test and complete Salvation Army trainings.
• Knowledge of bloodborne infections and universal precautions.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents and rooms; check-ins and discharges.
• Monitor safety and maintain a quiet, friendly atmosphere.
