Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Possesses required competencies and certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and resident education, may act as charge nurse as needed.
