Qualifications

• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multi-state licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address care-related concerns.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments and provide education to residents and families.
