Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan ND Park River is responsible for applying the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinate services, and support safe, high‑quality health outcomes in all phases of care.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program; an unencumbered RN license; and ongoing competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing (or multistate license if in an NLC state).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse.
