Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; current RN license in the state where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate resident assessment, care planning and implementation with the care team.
• supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring patient safety.
