Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care in Park River, ND. You will work within a Christian environment that emphasizes quality care, residents’ safety, and family collaboration.

The role requires delivering nursing interventions across preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment contexts, coordinating care, and educating residents while adhering to Nurse Practice Act standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborates with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinates care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
