Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents in Kalida, OH. The role provides general non-certified care and helps with daily activities, meals, and comfort under supervisor guidance.

Qualifying candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of relevant experience. The position emphasizes teamwork, dignity, and resident well-being within a supportive Thrive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence care, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Responds to resident call lights promptly.
• Checks residents who are unable to call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to keep residents comfortable (e.g., hydration, positioning).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
