Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents with non-certified routine services.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal service, hygiene, housekeeping, and respond to call lights, under supervision, in a caring team environment that emphasizes growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Answers residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (e.g., check sitting position, hydration passing).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
