Job summary

The Geneva Suites in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide relationship-centered care in a small home setting. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals, while administering medications as delegated and following care plans.

Shift options include day, evening and overnight; pay is $18–$21 per hour with shift differentials. Ideal candidates have CNA/HHA certification, experience in assisted living, reliable transportation, and strong communication

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and assisting residents.
• Assisted living or senior care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid State Identification.
• Background and fingerprinting completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications as delegated.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition.
• Document care accurately in Residex.
• Maintain clean and organized resident spaces.
• Clinically competent with ADLs and medication delegation.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
