Job summary

The Geneva Suites in Bloomington, MN is hiring a Care Partner on a full-time basis. You will provide direct, relationship-centered care in a small home setting, assisting residents with ADLs, medication administration as delegated, and engaging residents through meaningful activities.

Training and shift differentials are offered. You should have a High School Diploma or GED; CNA/HHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and assisting residents.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medications as delegated.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition.
• Document care accurately in Residex.
• Ensure resident safety and infection control compliance.
• Support residents during meals with dignity and respect.
• Create meaningful engagement through conversation and activities.
• Maintain clean and organized resident spaces.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
