Job summary

Parc Communities is seeking a Resident Care Nurse Coordinator to support the day-to-day clinical and operational functions of the Resident Care department. This role provides hands-on leadership for resident care, medication management, staffing and scheduling oversight, caregiver supervision, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an LVN license, 2+ years in senior living, and strong communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Graduate from high school or GED required.
• Current LVN license.
• Minimum 2 years in assisted living, memory care, or senior living.
• Experience with staffing coordination, scheduling, medication management, or supervision preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia or cognitive impairment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure quality resident care and labor efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to care associates.
• Foster relationships with residents and families through proactive communication and empathy.
• Assist with resident assessments, care plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Support compliance with long-term care regulations and infection control standards.
• Maintain safe medication administration practices and accurate eMAR entries.
