Job summary

Accsv is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician I to support residents with daily care, medication administration, and documentation. You will assist with personal care, monitor residents, and maintain accurate medication records while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires first aid/CPR certification, high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends. Prior CNA/MA certification is preferred, with strong English communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and first aid certified.
• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/MA preferred.
• Ability to lead small group activities after training.
• Willingness to perform simple repetitive tasks with patience.
• Ability to record messages and keep simple records.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attends to environment, room cleanliness, lighting and furniture.
• Assists residents with personal cleanliness, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting.
• Maintains resident dignity and privacy at all times.
• Monitors changes in resident condition and reports to supervisor.
• Records notes in residents' charts and manages medication orders.
• Dresses, feeds, and supports residents with self-medication as per RCFE.
• Maintains medication cart, inventory, and back-up storage.
• May assist with emergency services and basic first aid if needed.
• Participates in required in-service and training programs.
