Acc Senior Services is seeking an entry-level Med Tech in Sacramento, CA. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and basic medication support, reporting to the Resident Care Manager.

Expect variable schedules and an hourly position with a focus on safety and care quality. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and hold First Aid and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• First aid and CPR certification is required.
• English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• OSHA regulations compliance and pre-employment TB screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to promote comfort, safety and dignity.
• Assist with self-medication and medication administration; input orders and maintain documentation.
• Communicate clearly with health care professionals and families; update medical records.
• Maintain neat, organized medication cart and back-up storage; ensure proper medication supply.
• Support recreational activities and observe resident condition, reporting changes promptly.
