Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Medication Aide.
• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administrate medications and treatments following nursing standards and facility procedures.
• Maintain medication documentation and charting accurately.
• Report medication errors and participate in QA and safety programs.
• Follow labeling and storage policies for medications; ensure proper patient identification.
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement programs.
• Assist in nursing duties under supervision and maintain professional relationships.
