Job summary

Pure Health is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide medication management and daily living assistance for residents in our post-acute facility. You will administer medications as ordered, document in real time, and work under the direction of nursing leadership to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, state CNA, CMA certification, and CPR/BLS; you will join a team focused on compassionate care, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification issued by the State.
• Current Certified Medication Aide certification.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescription medications at the appropriate times for the unit.
• Document real-time medication administration in the resident record.
• Sign off on medications at time of administration.
• Provide ADL assistance to residents as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident information.
• Communicate with nursing leadership and pharmacists.
