Qualifications

• Provide care to residents under nurse supervision.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Must be 18+ to obtain Medication Manager license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents under the supervision of the nurse and team.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene tasks.
• Organize, clean, laundry, meals and other tasks as assigned.
• Promptly answer calls for assistance with compassionate care.
• Document resident interactions and communicate with team.
• Medication duties include preparation and administration as trained.
