The Cedars Assisted Living at Madrid Home is seeking a caring Resident Assistant/Medication Manager to join our award-winning team in a newly renovated facility. You will provide compassionate care to residents under nurse supervision and support from a collaborative team.

Key duties include assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, medication management if certified, and ensuring timely documentation.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older to obtain a Medication Manager certificate.
• Current active CNA license to practice in Iowa is required.
• Medication Manager certificate enrollment/holding is required or will be enrolled upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to residents under supervision of the nurse and support of the team.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene tasks.
• Assist with organizing, cleaning, laundry, meals and other tasks.
• Promptly respond to resident calls for assistance with compassionate care.
• Document interactions and communicate with the team.
• If certified, perform Medication Manager duties including preparation and administration of medications.
