Job summary

Covenant Living in California seeks a non-certified care attendant to provide routine assistance and medication administration under physician orders. The role emphasizes resident safety, comfort, and well‑being in a compassionate setting.

You will assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility, while complying with state/federal regulations and training requirements. Benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Assistant training per state regulations.
• Entry level hospitality/healthcare experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with medication supervision and/or administration per state regulations.
• Assist with meals and dining room service, and observe residents while eating.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and wheelchair transport as needed.
• Respond to call signals and ensure resident safety and well‑being.
• Cross‑train to support all levels of care in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
