Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Universal Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents in our community. You will assist with daily activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility, following established care plans and safety protocols.

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification, TB clearance, and prior geriatrics experience. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with state-specific caregiver certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous healthcare, geriatrics or elderly care experience preferred.
• Must score 85 on Skills Test.
• Must have current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB clearance required.
• Caregiver Certification at Directed Care Level. (AZ only)

Responsibilities

• Bathe and assist residents with daily hygiene.
• Assist with dressing and grooming for residents.
• Help residents with meals and dining activities.
• Assist in mobility, transfers, andADLs as assigned.
• Follow medication administration protocols per resident.
