Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of relevant professional experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, public relations, community engagement, marketing, or business development.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships, collaborate across departments, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Director role in public relations at Aspire Rural Health System, building community relationships and increasing brand awareness.
• Identify opportunities for organizational growth, lead outreach and educational initiatives, and support business development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, the Foundation, Grant Writer, and stakeholders to advance mission and priorities.
