Job summary

Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a Director of Public Relations & Community Engagement to lead strategy, community outreach, and partnerships across the region. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills to advance brand awareness and organizational growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, the Foundation, Grant Writer, and stakeholders to align messaging, drive initiatives, and support business development while representing the organization at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or communications required; master's preferred.
• Two years of relevant professional experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, PR, or marketing.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and community engagement initiatives and manage partnerships.
• Represent the organization at events and in media interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Foundation, and Grant Writer to align messaging and activities.
• Travel regionally and attend occasional evening/weekend events.
